Flexi-bar – Vibration Training
A Flexi-Bar workout uses a long flexible bar made of fibre glass to create vibrations to work the muscle, a process where the muscles are pushed out of the equilibrium, also known as the Tonic Stretch Reflex. Flexi-Bar workout is also available for one-on-one training to help our clients to achieve their fitness goals in the shortest time possible.
