Cardiovascular Training
CARDIO POWER FIT
A resistance training with barbells and free weights, consisting of a group workout routine pre-choreographed to suit a musical background of pop hits that takes participants into exercising every muscle group in a one hour session. It helps to tone and strengthen muscles, joints and bones.
CARDIO HI LO
A cardiovascular workout that combines low impact dancing moves with high impact combinations
FUNKY HI LO
A combination of funky dance & hi low.
STEP 2 IT
A cardio class using the step board, which increases the workout intensity for the lower body.
Muscular Strength & Endurance
BOOT CAMP
A high energy military style strength sculpting & stamina training. A combination of Hi-Lo kickboxing with weight training that allows participants to work from low to high impact depending on cardiovascular level. Involves lots of military style drills & non-stop activity for the full hour.
FAT BURNER CIRCUIT
A cardio & weight circuit that keeps the heart rate high and works on all the major muscle groups.
Mind Body Spirit
CHI-BALL
Comprising five principles, which includes Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Pilates & Feldenkrais Technique. It is centered on using an aromatic 15cm ball. The class is for those who enjoy low-medium impact exercise. It is also perfect for every age group & fitness level.
GYROKINESIS®
It combines yoga, dance, tai chi, gymnastic & swimming movements. The class starts with self-massage and simple breathing to awaken the body. Seated on a low stool, the class mobilizes the spine through a series of arching, curling, bending, twisting & spiraling movements.
HATHA YOGA
Involves meditation, slow movements and deep breathing. It helps to relieve stress & control your emotions.
POWER YOGA
Also known as Ashtanga Yoga, power yoga is a dynamic type of yoga that involves muscle conditioning, deep breathing & stretching.
MAT PILATES
A floor exercise that emphasizes on axial elongation and alignment. It tones & strengthen core muscles, improves posture, core control and proprioceptive awareness & flexibility.
PILATES WITH DYNABAND
All exercises are to be performed slowly and with control paying particular attention to the breathing pattern.
Special Classes
BELLY DANCING
A social dance often performed in women-only groups. Belly Dancing allows participants to discover muscles that they may have never knew existed. Conducted in a high-energy setting, it encourages everyone to discover the dancer within.
LATINO JAM
A fun class with Salsa, Cha-Cha, Mambo, Samba moves that everyone can do.
