According the World Health Organization, Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health Quotient is a tool to help to access a person’s health status in different aspects, for instance, mental and physical conditions, knowledge on health and wellness of lifestyle.  You can find out your health quotient by completing the following question. The higher your score, the healthier your are. If you get an average score in most of the question, congratulation! You lead a healthy life. But if your score is lower than 65, you need to work harder through different ways to improve the current situation. Please ask your family doctor, nutritionist or any other health professionals for their opinion on how to change your lifestyle.
